A great trail mix with goji berries for kids is to combine 1 cup goji berries, 1 cup candy coated carob candies, 1 cup carob chips, 1 cup pretzel sticks, 1 cup marshmallows, 1 cup crunchy rice cereal, 1 cup crunchy wheat cereal, 1 cup mixed dried fruit, 1 cup fruit flavored cereal, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup shredded coconut. Another kid friendly trail mix is to combine 1 cup goji berries, 2 cups granola cereal, 1 cup craisins, 1 yogurt covered raisins, 1 cup raw wheat germ, 1 cup carob chips, ands a ¼ cup miniature marshmallows. This mix is great to take on trips or and type of outing where your kids may become hungry between meal times.
